Where to find whole grains in our menu

If searching for whole grains while browsing through OfficeServe's extensive menu, look no further than our Feta, Beetroot, and Pomegranate Salad. Served with bulgur wheat, this colourful, low calorie dish packs a punch. Originating in the Middle East, bulgur is the main ingredient in popular dishes like tabbouleh. Complementing crumbly feta, roasted red peppers, butternut squash, and diced beetroot, this whole grain makes for a well-rounded salad.

Difference between whole grains and whole wheat

Although whole grains and whole wheat are similar, whole grains are more complex and often incorporate oats, brown rice, or barley. You can find whole wheat in our Wheatberry, Cranberry, and Apple Salad. Enjoy the sweet and tangy flavours of apricots, apple, cranberry over greens and topped off with sweet chili ginger dressing. This low fat, high nutrition salad is a wonderful whole wheat treat.

What is quinoa?

Found in OfficeServe's Hot Roasted Salmon & Sweet Chili Salad, quinoa is a gluten-free seed. High in fibre, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin E, quinoa is in its own category. Sometimes classified as a grain, other times as a seed, it's an excellent base for a healthy salad. Unsurprisingly, our Hot Roasted Salmon & Sweet Chili Salad is full of protein. Give your office an extra kick over lunch with a blend of quinoa, salmon, greens, edamame, and more.

Our salads are prepared fresh

Prepared on the same day of delivery, our salads (and sandwiches) are low in salt and are always as fresh as possible.
