How to address food allergy concerns
When ordering breakfast, lunch, snacks, or cakes for staff and clients, it’s important to acknowledge food allergy and dietary needs. As part of OfficeServe’s easy online interface, we list all ingredients for each platter or dish. While it’s good practise to keep a record of all food concerns for your staff, we understand the amount of admin necessary to compile such data. If you’re ever in doubt about the ingredients in our restaurant-quality, SALSA & BRC certified sandwiches, salads, platters, dessert items, and everything else available on the OfficeServe site, our team is here to guide you through the process.
Clear, transparent & detailed food labelling
Although the implementation of Natasha’s Law is slated for 2021, as part of our SALSA & BRC accrediations, OfficeServe already follows strict food labelling policies and hygine standards. If you’re ever uncertain about what’s in the food being ordered, we’ve clearly indicated ingredients on all items available – just click “ingredients” (as shown below). We're invested in the health and safety of you and your staff.
Furthermore, we allow for filtering by dietary need. Simply click the “options” button on the far right of the menu bar. You can easily sort by vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten free (more filters coming soon!). As always, if there’s anything else you need – we’re here to help guide you.
