Creating an account & placing an order
Simply browse our range of products across sandwiches & wraps to salads and desserts. Click on a product you want to find out more about (here you can see the contents of the platter, ingredients and allergen information) and/or add them to your basket.
Each product on our site will also have a recommended serving size (serves up to X people) an approximate price per head and its price per item. For example our sandwich platters contain 5 whole sandwiches (20 quarters) and we recommend this serves up to 5 people.
When you add an item to your basket you will see your basket update (in the top right of the screen). You can click here to view your basket update any items there and proceed to checkout.
Once you’re happy with your basket click ‘Checkout’ to proceed to confirming your order. Here you will be prompted to either Login or create an account (you will need an email address and password). After you’re logged in you have the options to add any missing items to your order (cutlery, snacks, drinks) and then tell us where you want your food delivered. We will then need you to select a delivery time and date.
OfficeServe offers a two hour window for delivery. For example if you need your food for 11am then delivery slots starting from 7am to 9am will guarantee to have your food with you by 11am. If you were to choose the 10am to 12 noon delivery slot your food may arrive after 11am.
Once your delivery details are confirmed we will then ask you to provide payment details (we accept all major credit cards including amex). After payment you will receive a receipt and confirmation via email.
Is there a way to re-order or copy an order done in the past?
Yes, just look at your order history and click the re-order button. We will fill your basket with all the same items again, and you can then checkout as normal by entering the new delivery details and paying.
