Can you deliver to me?
You can check whether we deliver to you by using our online postcode checker. You can find this located on the top right-hand side of the home page. Type your postcode onscreen and a message will appear letting you know whether your area is covered.
What delivery time slots do you offer?
We deliver from 7am until 5pm, 7 days a week and operate two-hour delivery windows.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We offer the option of next day delivery as long as orders are placed by 3pm the working day before. For example; if you need your order on a Thursday you can order up until 3pm on Wednesday but if you require delivery on a Monday you will need to order by 3pm on the Friday prior to this.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we have a delivery fee of £15. This covers the running of our climate controlled vans and things like the ULEZ, Conjestion charge and the inevitable parking issues in and around our wonderful cities.
Can I have multiple delivery addresses?
You can have multiple delivery addresses set up within your account so you can choose the delivery address for each order you place. If you are unsure on delivery coverage, then use the postcode checker before making your order.
What about organising a multi-drop delivery?
You can select to have the same order delivered on multiple days. When choosing your delivery date and time you will see the option to check the Multi-day delivery box, just click on this and enter the date and time of your upcoming deliveries!
After you have entered your delivery details you will see a summary of the multi-day deliveries and will be able to add or delete any details if incorrect.
