How do I order?

Simply browse our product range at officeserve.com and add products to your basket. When you checkout, you pay.

What payment cards do you accept?

We acccept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

What areas do you deliver to?

If you have multiple offices looking for the same services, then OfficeServe is a great choice for you.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our minimum order value is £70.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. Our delivery charge is £7.50.

Which days of the week can I order?

You can place your order any day of the week, at any time, and we deliver Monday-Friday from 6am to 6pm.

Can my company pay?

Yes they can. You can pay using a corporate or personal credit card.

When do I need to order by?

We offer next weekday delivery, but you must place your order by 3pm on the previous weekday. For instance, if placing an order for delivery on a Monday, the order must be completed by 3pm on the previous Friday. If you have any trouble ordering by this time, please contact our customer care team on 0203 457 0581 or via email at care@officeserve.com.

How will my order be delivered?

We will deliver your order within a two hour window of your choosing, between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, so please bear this in mind when disposing of it. Along with our platters you will receive disposable napkins, plates and cups.

What labelling information will there be on the packaging?

All relevant allergen and ingredients information will be displayed on the lids of the packaging.

When will my order be delivered?

When you place an order with us, you will choose a two-hour delivery window between 6am and 6pm.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

To amend or cancel an existing order, please contact our customer care team before 2pm the day before your order is due to be delivered, on 0203 457 0581 or care@officeserve.com. Any cancellations made after this time may still be charged.

What are the recycling properties of the products?

All our packaging is 100% recyclable, so please consider the environment when disposing of it. If you have suggestions regarding the packaging/appearance of the food, please contact us on care@officeserve.com.

What is the plan for enhancements and developments?
