How do I order?

Simply browse our product range at and add products to your basket. When you checkout, you pay. If it is your first order, you will need to register with us then, checkout, pay by card or on account

What payment cards do you accept?

We acccept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our minimum order value is postcode dependant and links to the level of courier costs we incur to deliver to you from our production unit which is based on the outskirts of West London.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. Our delivery charge is £15.00.

Which days of the week can I order?

You can place your order, any day of the week, at any time.

We deliver every day, even at weekends, any time between 7am to 6pm.

Can my company pay?

Yes they can. You can pay using a corporate or personal credit card, or should you choose to, set up a corporate account with us. Should you select to pay on account as a new customer, we limit your first order to £250 until you have completed our credit information request form. We will email the form to you with your order confirmation whilst we progress with your initial order as normal. Once you have completed the form and we have completed our credit application reviews, we will lift the credit limit for future orders.

When do I need to order by?

We offer next weekday delivery, but you must place your order by 12pm on the previous weekday. For instance, if placing an order for delivery on a Monday, the order must be completed by 12pm on the previous Friday. How will my order be delivered?

We will deliver your order within a two hour window of your choosing, between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, so please bear this in mind when disposing of it. Along with our platters you will receive disposable napkins, plates and cups. We use our own in-house fleet of drivers to ensure the order arrives punctually.

What labelling information will there be on the packaging?

All relevant allergen and ingredients information will be displayed on the lids of the packaging. More detailed information can be found on the product details section as you browse the menu online.

When will my order be delivered?

When you place an order with us, you will choose a two-hour delivery window between 7am and 5pm.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

To amend or cancel an existing order, just log in to your account and find the order under "my orders". If it's before 12PM on the day before delivery, you'll find your order in "Pending orders", and can amend or cancel it directly online. Unfortunately, if it's after 12PM on the day before delivery then your order will have already been processed, so we're unable to amend or cancel it. What are the recycling properties of the products?

All our packaging is 100% recyclable, so please consider the environment when disposing of it. If you have suggestions regarding the packaging/appearance of the food, please contact us on At OfficeServe we have no time for food waste and are committed to reducing this as much as possible whilst maintaining a varied and fresh product range for our customers. However, if food cannot be sold before it reaches its expiry date, we offer it to local charities and community groups who help feed people in need.

What is the plan for enhancements and developments?

We are a dynamic online delivery service. Our aim is to provide new services and products to our range to best suit the needs and wants of our customers. We’ll be regularly updating all our customers on our exciting developments and how it can benefit you and your business.

How do I change my password?

To change your password simply follow the reset password process. Reset your password by entering your email address and we'll send you a link with instructions about what to do next.

Can we have multiple delivery addresses on the same account?

Yes, you can have multiple delivery locations set up within your account. That means for every order you can chose the delivery address as long as it is still within our delivery area.

Is there any easy way to select the same order on different days?

We offer the possibility to place an order and deliver on different days (and locations). All you need to do is fill your basket with items, and checkout as normal. Once you've entered the first delivery you can then tick the “Multi-day delivery” check box and enter as many new delivery locations, dates and times as you wish. We will take care of the rest and save you some time in the process!

Is there any easy way to re-order the same thing again?

Yes, just look at your order history and click the re-order button. We will fill your basket with all the same items again, and you can then checkout as normal by entering the new delivery details and paying.
